The simplified value chain chart shows some of the legal obligations of different actors in the value chain under the CLP (green), REACH (blue), WFD (pink) and ESPR (orange) regulations. Further information on these regulations can be found in the next sections, including information on the C&L inventory (C&L), safety data sheets (SDS), requirements for candidate list substances in articles (Art. 33), the SCIP database (SCIP) and the digital product passport (DPP).
